Installation paths on metro4d
We at metro4d offer three ways to access our platform on mobile:
Step-by-step installation guide
- Download: For Android, visit our support page and download the APK file; for iOS, open Safari and navigate to metro4d.bet, then tap Share → Add to Home Screen.
- Install and open: Android users tap the APK file and confirm installation (you may need to enable "Unknown Sources" in security settings); iOS users launch the web app icon from their home screen.
- Register or log in: Enter your username and password, or create a new account if you haven't already; confirm your email and mobile number.
- Enable two-factor authentication: After logging in, go to Account Settings → Security and activate two-factor authentication via SMS or authenticator app.
- Complete KYC verification: Upload a government ID photo; our verification team reviews it in minutes and approves your account for deposits and withdrawals.
- Choose a payment method and deposit: Select DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or a direct bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet) and fund your account.
App vs. browser: which should you choose?
Our metro4d app offers offline caching—game tiles and betting odds download when you're online, so mobile bankingef connectivity gaps don't interrupt play. Push notifications alert you to live-dealer table openings, sports market updates, and withdrawal confirmations. The app also loads faster on slower networks because we compress assets and prioritize critical features. However, the browser version works on any device without installation, and you can access your account instantly from a computer, tablet, or borrowed phone. We recommend the app for frequent players in areas with variable bandwidth, and the browser for one-off logins or shared devices.
Keep your app updated
We at metro4d regularly release updates that patch security vulnerabilities and add new games. Check for updates in your device's app store or settings once a month, or enable automatic updates to stay current.
Device compatibility and system requirements
We at metro4d test our app on Android 7.0 through the latest version; older devices may experience slower load times or missing features. iOS requires version 12.0 or newer; iPad users should ensure their device runs iOS 12 or above. For optimal performance, use a device with at least 100 MB of free storage and a reasonably recent processor (mid-2015 or newer). If your device is older or severely storage-constrained, the web browser version often works better because it requires no installation.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If Android installation fails with a "Unknown sources" warning, go to Settings → Security and toggle "Unknown Sources" on (this allows installation from sources outside the official app store). If the app crashes on launch, clear your device's cache (Settings → Apps → metro4d → Storage → Clear Cache) and restart. For iOS, if "Add to Home Screen" does not appear in Safari, ensure you are using Safari (not Chrome) and that your iOS version is 12.0+. If the app repeatedly requests login after you close it, disable "Private Browsing" in Safari settings. Still stuck? Contact our support team via your account, and we'll provide step-by-step guidance for your specific device and operating system.
Data, permissions, and account security on mobile
Our metro4d app requests only the permissions it needs: camera access (for KYC ID verification), microphone (optional, for support calls), and storage (to cache game data). We never sell location data or share your device ID with third parties. All communication between your phone and our servers uses SSL/TLS encryption—the same standard as your bank. When you log in on a new device, we send a verification email; click the link to confirm the login, and your session activates. If you suspect someone else has accessed your account, reset your password immediately from the app's Security menu, and we'll log out all active sessions. Enable two-factor authentication so that even if someone obtains your password, they cannot log in without your phone's verification code.
